Jenny Leroux is an ELD program facilitator in the Rosemount-Apple Valley- Eagan public school district, and an adjunct instructor in Hamline University in the ESL program.  Jenny has 26 years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher and ELD teacher.  She has been a passionate leader for multilingual learners across the state of MN, and nationally.
