Earning our colleagues’ trust is the essential first step to effectively co-teach. We can easily earn relational trust when our co-planning leads to small, frequent wins. Tan will share a framework for co-planning that is designed to produce specific takeaways from each co-planning session. This session is applicable from K-12.
