Synergistic Vietnamese-US Collaboration: English Teaching Policy, Practice, and Agency UNIV

How can international and local partners serve national policy interests, collaborate effectively, and address teacher agency? Two teacher educators share how Vietnamese and American language policy administrators, teacher educators and curriculum developers engaged in a multi-year initiative in Vietnam to build English teaching capacity, from national policies and teacher competencies to teacher-led communities of practice.
