Shegitu Kebede Permann at the camp in Ethiopia

Hello MinneTESOL members and friends!

As you may recall, this fall’s 2016 MELEd Conference included a keynote address by Shegitu Kebede, founder and president of Women International at the Well. Part of Ms. Kebede’s work includes developing schools within Ethiopian refugee camps. During her address, Ms. Kebede shared this work, as well as the need for more resources to serve the youth and families in the camp.

Please consider a tax exempt gift to support Women International at the Well. Your donation will be used to directly impact  educational experiences of youth in the camp and help to prepare them for future opportunities.

Checks may be written to Crossing Communities with the following note on the memo line: Women at the Well

Please mail your check to:

Alyssa Andersen
3817 Macalaster Dr NE APT 110
St. Anthony MN 55421

*10% of all donations goes to Crossing Communities for their support in providing 501(c)3 tax-deductible status and financial reporting services to Women International at the Well.

Thank you for considering a donation to Shegitu’s non-profit organization and for your dedication to MinneTESOL.

Peace,

Sam DiVita, MinneTESOL, President 2016-2017
