MinneTESOL Fall Conference Presenter Technology FAQs

Q:  Will computers be provided by the conference or by the presenter?
A:   Presenters are asked to bring their own laptops.  We recommend bringing back-up files of your presentation materials on a flash drive as well.

Q:  Will LCD projectors be provided by the conference or by the presenter?
A:  LCD projectors will be provided and paid for by MinneTESOL.

Q:  Will there be access to Internet?
A:  Yes, Wireless Internet is available.

Q:  I have a Mac laptop.  Will I be able to connect to the projector?
A: Yes, but you will need to bring your own adaptor to connect to the VGA cable. The conference cannot provide these adaptors.

Q:  I’m presenting but might need some tech help.  Will anyone be available?
A: Yes, there will be MinneTESOL volunteers to help you.
